Surface Preparation

Before application, ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, dust, and loose material. Remove any oil, grease, mold, or release agents to ensure proper adhesion.

Application Instructions

• Read the entire label before use and follow the instructions carefully.
• Always perform a test in a small inconspicuous area to determine ease of application and desired results.
• Dilute the sealer with 3 gallons of drinking water and stir well before use.
• Apply using a brush, synthetic fiber roller, speed brush, or spray.
• Apply two coats, allowing at least two hours between coats for optimal results.

1. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or when temperatures are expected to drop below 10°C during the drying period.
2. Not suitable for direct-to-metal applications.
3. Will not penetrate chalky and powdery surfaces.
4. Not typically used on opening sashes and doors.
